It's been a great homecoming to Sao Paulo. My students and all of their students are keeping the Gracie name held in the highest regard. My training continues, focusing on BJJ. The training here is perfect. I feel ready for my fight today. The weight cut is going great. Great food and coconut water everyday. Running on the beach. It's incredible. In my blog there's more click here to read it.

These two weeks have been amazing. It was a hard choice to leave my family in the US to come here, but you have to give to get. This is the way of the Universe. If you want something, you had better be prepared to give up something. So, I have four more weeks here. This is the time to make the most of it. My first fight at 185 is on October 15th and I have to be ready for anything! And I will be!!!

This is the dream team. Many thanks to my team here in Brasil. The training at Gordo's is amazing. The best of the best are here. Everyone preparing for fights. Everyone focused. The functional training with Paulo Caruso is incredibly tough! And today was a light day! Can't wait till tomorrow!
